FRED ROSENKAMPFF | CEO/MANAGING PARTNER
Fred has been in the industry since day 1 of The Link in 1985. After a very successful career as a territory manager, he took the reigns of CEO/President in 1999 and continues in this role today. Fred resides in Suwanee, GA with his wife Missy and they have three grown children, a grandchild and another on the way. Fred enjoys golf, tennis, skiing, watching sports (especially UGA football), and loves cooking on his Big Green Egg. When not visiting Cleveland, Ohio to see the grandkids, you’ll find him trying to get to Destin, Fl to rest.
BRAD ROSENKAMPFF | CPO/MANAGING PARTNER
Brad joined the company in 1988 and moved to Atlanta after 14 high-performing years of territory sales in North and South Carolina. Brad is the father of 4 boys (3 are grown) and lives in Johns Creek, GA. He and his wife, Denise, love their family time and travel, especially to Charleston, SC. Brad enjoys all sports, movies, and a good sermon. He’ll be the first to tell you he bleeds Carolina blue (he’s an alum). Brad is a singer/songwriter who recently launched his first full-length album of original music.
FRED BALLARD | EXECUTIVE VP/GENERAL MANAGER
Since joining The Link in 1998, Fred has enjoyed great success in his role as the consummate leader. He was a territory manager in upstate SC before coming “home” to Atlanta (his wife’s hometown). He’s been in Link management role for 20 years. Fred loves his work but also loves the challenge of a good mountain bike trail. He and Ellen live in Peachtree Corners and have two grown children. Fred enjoys college football (especially UGA football) and UNC basketball (his alma mater). When not biking, he enjoys golf, grilling out, and the local music scene.
NINA PATRICK | CFO/ACCOUNTING
Nina recently celebrated 25 years at The Link and is now well into 26 and not slowing down. Having literally lived all over the world, she has resided in East Point, Ga for nearly 30 years. Married to a retired policeman, Nina has two grown children and two grandkids that she’d be happy to tell you about. When escaping from looking over the daily numbers, she enjoys a nice walk, is an avid movie buff, and loves a good puzzle. Anyone that knows Nina well enough might guess her favorite quote because she loves anything Star Wars.
BOB WATSON | VP OPERATIONS
Originally from New Hampshire, Bob is the resident “jack of all trades” that every company needs. To say he wears a lot of hats at The Link is an understatement. Bob is a 23-year industry veteran who has seen all sides of the business. He’s served on several industry boards and was recently named a “mover and shaker” by Gifts & Decorative Accessories Magazine. Bob and his wife, Bethanny, live with their 3 very active school-age boys in Suwanee, GA. The entire family loves doing anything and everything outdoors.
JOSH CAMPBELL | VP SALES, LINK 2 SALES
After a successful 8 year run as a territory manager in his native North Florida territory, Josh moved to Atlanta in 2011 to run the Link 2 Sales agency. He and his wife Adrienne have 2 active boys and live in Jefferson GA. Josh’s idea of a perfect day (after big sales of course!) is spending time with friends and family and presiding over a great, home-cooked meal. He has tremendous BBQ skills and loves being outdoors. A former basketball standout, he enjoys watching anything hoops-related.
MATT POPE | VP SALES, THE SOUTHERN LINK
The guy that’s always in a tie (yep, that’s Matt!) is an extraordinary salesman. With over 25 years in sales, Matt is a natural to lead The Southern Link sales force. And, because he loves sales so much, he still works with customers in Eastern TN. Matt and wife Lisha live in Franklin, TN, and have 3 children (1 grown). He is a proud Vanderbilt alum and follows his beloved Commodores closely. He also enjoys watching basketball, reading a good book, and a challenging game or puzzle.
SAL AMODEO | VP SALES, TMA LINK
An industry veteran of more than 33 years, Sal brings an amazing experience to The Link as he oversees the sales team in the Mid-Atlantic region. There’s no challenge Sal won’t face head-on and this serves him well in management. Constantly on the move, Sal loves to travel and at any chance, especially with his wife Donna. They live in Bridgewater, NJ, and are a “stone’s throw” from their two grown children and two grandchildren. Family and hanging with friends are huge for Sal, paired with a good meal of course!
DREW WEISINGER | VP SALES, THE NORTHERN LINK
With an amazing 41 years in the industry as Drew sees it, he’s been around “since they opened the doors.” Always maintaining a positive stance helps Drew lead The Northern Link after having co-managed Nova Sales for more than 38 years as the agency principle. He simply never tires of working with retailers. Drew, happily married for 41 years to Wendy, resides in West Hartford, CT, and is the father of a grown daughter and a proud grandfather to Silas, age 11. He enjoys backyard life at the pool with friends and family.
PHIL WACKS | VP SALES, THE NORTHERN LINK
Along with his long-time business partner, Drew, he co-manages the Northern Link. Phil is an industry veteran (of 44 yrs) who has “seen and heard it all.” Utilizing his industry experience and relational skills, he leads the sales team as he did for 38 years with Nova Sales. Phil is a die-hard Patriots and Red Sox fan who is a Boston sports guy through and through. He is married to Vicki and they have two grown daughters and they love doting on their 2 grandchildren. Phil resides in Enfield, CT, and loves hanging at a good beach when not working.
KELLY ZAPER | VP, KEY SALES TEAM
The newest territory in The Link Companies is lead by Kelly who’s been entrenched in the industry for 26 years. The Ohio transplant now lives in Irvine, CA. so she is the queen of commuting and time management. Kelly is constantly on the go but when she’s not attending shows, working with her team, or making a sales call she likes hiking and spending time outdoors. When college football season rolls around you’ll find her glued to a TV watching her beloved OSU Buckeyes. Kelly is a new grandmother, and between her and her fiance, they have seven grown children and two grandsons.
Our Link Staff, based at our headquarters in Atlanta, GA, consists of our hardworking Showroom Managers and dedicated Marketing Department. Our staff collaborates directly with Link Leadership and works diligently to ensure seamless customer satisfaction and extensive brand recognition year-round.
AARON HERNANDEZ | CORPORATE TRAINER
Aaron joined the company in 2012. After 8 successful years as the North Florida Territory Manager, Aaron moved to Atlanta with his wife, Alexandria, and their 2 children Ashton and Amelia as well as their 2 dogs Ari and Ace. He enjoys soccer, basketball, tennis, and golf with his family and a good concert. What he likes most about the company are the people.
